Terms of Use
Last updated · June 2026
These Terms are a plain-language agreement between you and SaveITT, the provider of the SaveITT service at saveitt.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We've written this to be read, not skimmed. No traps, no buried clauses. If anything here is unclear, email us at hanyamrreyad2005@gmail.com.
1. What SaveITT is
SaveITT is a file vault and project workspace for designers. You drop in files, we store and version them, you organize them per project, and you share finals with clients. That's the deal.
2. Your account
You need an account to use most of the Service. You can sign up with email or Google.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
3. What you get on each plan
We offer the following plans. The features and prices below are part of this agreement — not a separate page we can quietly change.
Free — 0 EGP: 3 active projects, 5 GB storage, 1 seat.
Pro — 500 EGP/month: Unlimited projects, 50 GB storage, 1 seat.
Team — 1,250 EGP/seat/month: Unlimited projects, 200 GB storage, 2+ seats.
Enterprise: Unlimited projects, 1 TB+ storage, custom seats — contact us for pricing.
Annual billing is offered at a discount. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We don't add hidden fees. If we change a plan's price or features, Section 11 tells you exactly how that works and what your rights are.
4. Billing, renewal, and honest payment terms
Clear pricing. The full price, billing cycle, and renewal date are shown before you pay and on every receipt. No surprises.
Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle so your service isn't interrupted. We will remind you by email before an annual renewal charges. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
No interest, ever. If a payment fails or is late, we do not charge interest, late fees, or any penalty that grows over time. This is a firm commitment. Instead, we may pause paid features until payment succeeds, and your data stays available for export during a grace period.
Payments are handled by Kashier. We don't see or store your full card details. Your use of Kashier is also subject to Kashier's own terms.
Taxes. Prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), which will be added where required by law and shown before you pay.
5. Your content stays yours
You own everything you upload. Your files, designs, projects, notes, and palettes are yours. We claim no ownership of them.
To actually run the Service, you give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, back up, display, preview, and process your content only for the purpose of operating SaveITT for you — for example, generating previews, keeping version history, and serving your share links. That's the full extent of it. We do not use your content to train anything, sell it, or repurpose it.
This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups that age out on our normal schedule.
7. Acceptable use
SaveITT is a tool for lawful, honest work. You agree not to use it to: store, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, or that you don't have the rights to; infringe anyone else's intellectual property or privacy; upload malware, or attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' accounts; use the Service to deceive, harm, or defraud others.
The principle is simple: don't use SaveITT for anything unlawful or dishonest. We don't monitor the content of your files as a matter of course, and we respect your privacy. We act only when we have a genuine, specific reason to — such as a credible legal complaint.
8. If your account is paused, cancelled, or closed
You cancel. You can cancel anytime from settings. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to your billing and files.
Payment lapses. If a paid plan isn't paid, we pause paid features but keep your data. We give you at least 30 days to pay or to export your files before any deletion of data above the free limits. We'll tell you clearly before anything is removed.
We close an account for cause. If you seriously or repeatedly break Section 7, we may suspend or close the account. Except in cases of unlawful content we're legally required to act on immediately, we'll give you notice and a fair chance to fix the issue first, and a chance to export your data.
You can always export. Your right to get your own files out is not held hostage to a billing dispute.
9. Service availability
We work to keep SaveITT reliable, but we don't promise it will be available without interruption. We may perform maintenance, and we'll aim to do so with minimal disruption and notice where practical. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law — but nothing here removes rights that Egyptian law gives you as a consumer.
10. Our liability
To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the issue arose. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own fraud or gross negligence.
Keep your own backups of important files — version history is a convenience, not a substitute for your own backups.
11. Changes to these Terms or to a plan
We may update these Terms or change a plan's price or features. When we do, we'll give you advance notice by email of at least 30 days before the change affects you.
If a change disadvantages you (for example, a price increase or a meaningful feature reduction), you may cancel before it takes effect, and if you've already paid for a period beyond that date, you'll get a pro-rata refund for the unused time.
We will not make changes retroactively or quietly. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it — but only after we've genuinely told you.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We'd always rather resolve a problem directly — email hanyamrreyad2005@gmail.com first and we'll deal with it honestly and quickly. If a dispute can't be resolved that way, it will be subject to the competent courts of Egypt, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
