Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated · June 2026
This explains how to cancel, when you get money back, and what happens to your files. It's short and it's honest. Cancelling is easy on purpose — no retention traps, no hidden buttons. For anything not covered here, email hanyamrreyad2005@gmail.com.
1. Cancel anytime, in one place
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like, directly from Settings → Billing. It takes a couple of clicks. We will never bury the cancel button, make you call someone, or run you through a guilt-trip to keep you.
When you cancel: your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you don't lose access you paid for. It does not renew again. At the end of the paid period, your account moves to the Free plan.
2. Refunds
We keep this narrow on purpose, and honest about it. Refunds are available in three cases:
7-day cool-off on new paid subscriptions. If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide within 7 days that it's not for you, email us and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions, no friction. This applies once per account, to your first paid subscription.
Defective service. If the Service has a real defect that materially stops you using what you paid for — a broken core feature, repeated outages, lost data caused by us — and we can't fix it within a reasonable time after you've told us, you can request a refund for the affected period.
Unmet promises. If we promised a specific feature or capability as part of your plan (in the Terms, on the pricing page, or in writing to you) and we don't deliver it, you can request a refund for the affected period.
Outside these cases — for example, simply changing your mind after the 7 days, no longer needing the tool, or forgetting to cancel before renewal — we don't issue refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Billing mistakes are not refunds, they're corrections. If you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, tell us and we'll fix it promptly. No quibbling.
Pro-rata fairness on annual plans. If we change your plan in a way that disadvantages you, or you qualify for a refund under one of the cases above on an annual plan, the refund is calculated on the unused full months remaining (less any annual discount you received). We won't keep money for time you won't use.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Kashier. Timing depends on Kashier and your bank, usually within 5–14 business days.
3. No interest, no penalties
In keeping with our commitment to fair, interest-free dealing:
We never charge interest or late fees. We never apply a cancellation penalty or "early termination" charge. If a payment fails, we simply pause paid features until it's resolved — your data stays safe and exportable. We don't pile on charges.
4. What happens to your files
On the Free plan after cancelling: your account keeps working within the Free limits (3 projects, 5 GB). If you're over those limits, we won't delete anything immediately — we'll tell you what's over the limit and give you a fair window to export or reduce before anything is removed.
If you close your account entirely: your files are deleted within 30 days, after a clear final warning by email. Before that, you can export everything.
Export is always available. Getting your own work out is never blocked by a billing question.
5. Additional seats (Team plan)
On the Team plan, the account admin is the billed party. The minimum purchase is 2 seats (the admin plus at least one additional member).
When you add seats mid-cycle, the charge depends on where you are in your billing cycle:
Within the first 7 days of the cycle — you pay the full standard price per seat, with no reduction for the days already elapsed. There is no compensation or credit for those early days.
From day 8 onwards — you pay a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in the current cycle. The charge is calculated as (seat price ÷ cycle days) × days remaining, rounded to two decimal places.
The reason for the 7-day rule: it prevents short-term seat manipulation at the start of each cycle. After 7 days, we think it's fair to charge you only for what you'll actually use.
Seat addition charges are non-refundable outside the general refund cases in Section 2.
7. Free trials (if offered)
If we offer a free trial: we'll state clearly when it ends and what you'll be charged after. We'll remind you before the trial converts to a paid plan. You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
8. How to request a refund or cancel
Cancel: Settings → Billing → Cancel plan.
Refund or billing fix: email hanyamrreyad2005@gmail.com with your account email and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
