Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 2026
This policy explains what SaveITT collects, why, and what control you have. We collect as little as we need to run the Service, we don't sell your data, and we tell you the truth about how it's handled. Questions? Email hanyamrreyad2005@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
Account information. Your name, email, and password (stored securely, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email from Google — not your Google password.
Your content. The files, projects, notes, palettes, and other things you upload or create. We store these so the Service works. We treat them as private to you and your workspace.
Payment information. Handled by Kashier. We receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details (such as plan and renewal date). We do not see or store your full card details.
Usage information. Basic technical data needed to run and secure the Service — things like log-in times, device and browser type, IP address, and which features are used. We use this to keep the Service working and safe, not to build a profile to sell.
Communications. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
2. Why we use it
We use your information only for clear, stated purposes: to provide the Service — store your files, version them, generate previews, run your share links; to handle billing and renewals through Kashier; to send service messages — receipts, renewal reminders, security notices, and important changes; to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; to provide support when you ask for it; and to meet legal obligations.
We do not use your files to train AI models, and we do not use your content for advertising.
3. What we never do
We never sell your personal data.
We never rent or trade your contact details to advertisers.
We never read the content of your files except where strictly necessary to operate the Service for you, to fix a specific problem you've reported, or where we're legally required to act.
5. Marketing emails
We'll only send marketing or product-update emails if you've opted in, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe. Service emails (receipts, security, renewals) are necessary and can't be unsubscribed while you have an account — but we keep these to what's genuinely needed.
6. How long we keep data
While your account is active: as long as you keep it.
After you delete content: removed from active systems promptly, and aged out of backups on our normal cycle (within 30–90 days).
After you close your account: your content is deleted within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records (such as invoices) to meet legal or tax obligations.
7. Your rights and control
You can, at any time: access and export your files and a copy of your personal data; correct information that's wrong; delete your content or close your account; withdraw consent for optional things like marketing; object or complain if you think we've mishandled your data.
To do any of these, use your account settings or email hanyamrreyad2005@gmail.com. We'll respond honestly and within a reasonable time. We don't make these rights hard to use — no hoops, no retention guilt-trips.
8. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, secure password storage, access controls, and regular security review. No system is perfectly immune, so we also keep our footprint small. If a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you promptly and clearly, and explain what we're doing about it.
9. Where your data is stored
Your data is hosted by our infrastructure provider. Wherever it's processed, this policy and the protections in it still apply.
10. Children
SaveITT isn't intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
11. Legal basis and your local law
We process your data on the basis of providing the Service you asked for, your consent (where it applies), our legitimate interest in running and securing SaveITT, and our legal obligations. This policy is designed to align with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and to respect equivalent rights for users elsewhere.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version with a new date and, for meaningful changes, tell you by email before it takes effect. We won't reduce your privacy quietly.
13. Contact
For any privacy questions or requests, email us at hanyamrreyad2005@gmail.com. We'll respond honestly and promptly.
