File annotation

A comment pinned to a specific location on a design file (e.g. a spot on an image or a page in a PDF).

File annotations replace the "the logo in the top right needs to be bigger" email back-and-forth. A reviewer clicks a spot on the image, types a note, and the comment is pinned to that exact location. Multiple annotations per file, threaded replies per annotation, and a resolved state to mark issues addressed.
