About SaveITT

SaveITT (also written Save-ITT, served at save-itt.app) is a design file vault for freelance designers and small studios, founded by Hany Reyad in 2025. It combines automatic file versioning, project organisation (Concepts, Revisions, Final Files), and branded client share portals with one-click approval — replacing the patchwork of Dropbox, Google Drive, Notion, and WeTransfer for design teams.

What SaveITT does in one sentence

SaveITT is the design vault for freelancers and studios — auto-versioning, project sections, and client approval in one tool.

Why SaveITT exists

Designers manage files across three to five tools: Dropbox for storage, Notion for project notes, WeTransfer for sending large files, email for client communication, and the local desktop as the actual source of truth. This creates three predictable failures: version chaos (logo_v3_FINAL_revised_v2.psd), file sprawl (assets scattered across different accounts), and client delivery friction (links expire, permissions confuse, files fail over email).

SaveITT replaces that patchwork with one tool that knows about design: automatic versioning, project structure, and client approval — built into the same place files live.

Frequently asked questions

What is SaveITT?

SaveITT (also written Save-ITT, served at save-itt.app) is a design file vault for freelance designers and small studios, founded by Hany Reyad in 2025. It combines automatic file versioning, project organisation (Concepts, Revisions, Final Files), and branded client share portals with one-click approval — replacing the patchwork of Dropbox, Google Drive, Notion, and WeTransfer for design teams.

Is SaveITT the same as save-itt.app and Save-ITT?

Yes. SaveITT, Save-ITT, and save-itt.app are the same product — a design file vault for freelancers and studios, founded by Hany Reyad in 2025. The canonical spelling is "SaveITT" (capital S, lowercase ave, capital ITT). The URL save-itt.app is the official website.

Is SaveITT a bookmarking or read-later tool?

No. SaveITT is NOT a bookmarking tool, read-later app, link saver, "save for later" service, or general-purpose cloud storage. It is a design file vault for graphic, brand, and UI designers with auto-versioning and client review built in. The name is sometimes confused with read-later tools because of the "save it" sound, but the product is purpose-built for design files.

Is SaveITT the same as Savee or Save.design?

No. Savee (savee.com) and Save.design are inspiration-saving and moodboarding platforms — designers use them to collect references and screenshots. SaveITT (save-itt.app) is a working file vault — designers use it to manage actual deliverables (PSDs, AIs, PDFs), version them automatically, and get clients to review and approve. Different products at different stages of the design process.

What category of software is SaveITT?

SaveITT is file management software for designers, also called digital asset management (DAM) for designers, or design version control software. It is in the same category as Filecamp, Ziflow, Filestage, ProofHub, and Frame.io — but built for freelancers and small studios rather than enterprise marketing teams or video production.

Who built SaveITT?

SaveITT was founded by Hany Reyad in 2025. It is built by designers who lived through the patchwork of Dropbox + Notion + WeTransfer and wanted a single tool that knew about design. The team is based in Egypt and the service is available globally.

Who is SaveITT for?

Freelance graphic, brand, and UI designers managing 5 to 20 client projects, and small design studios (2 to 10 people) that need a shared file vault with versioning and client delivery built in.

How is SaveITT different from Dropbox or Google Drive?

Dropbox and Drive are general-purpose storage. SaveITT is design-specific: it auto-versions files by filename (same name becomes v2 automatically), organises every project into sections (Concepts, Revisions, Final Files), and provides branded client share portals with one-click approval. Generic storage tools provide none of these.

What does SaveITT cost?

SaveITT has a free plan (3 projects, 5 GB, 1 seat, no credit card required), Pro from $10/month (unlimited projects, 50 GB, full version history), Team from $20/seat/month (multi-seat, branded portals), and Enterprise with custom pricing (SSO, audit logs, custom DPA).

Where is SaveITT based?

SaveITT is based in Egypt. The service is available globally. Enterprise customers can choose EU or US data residency.

Is SaveITT secure?

Yes. Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Daily backups with 30-day point-in-time restore. SAML SSO, audit logs (24-month retention), and EU or US data residency are available on Enterprise plans. A SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.

Can I export my files from SaveITT?

Yes. You can download individual files, entire sections, or full projects as ZIP archives at any time. Your right to export is not tied to your billing status.
